BEING A TEENAGER CAN BE REALLY TOUGH. 
Think back to when you were that age. How did you feel on an average day?
Discouraged? Insecure? Confused?
The problems of today’s student may look different, but the feelings are the same. Students are looking for love, acceptance, and consistency in an otherwise inconsistent world. Be the encouragement and guidance that you needed when you were a middle school or high school student. Be in the life of a student looking to be known, cared for, and encouraged. Every student deserves to know that they matter, that they are worth something, and that someone loves them for who they are.
It is our desire to significantly impact the lives of students in our community. What we need are caring adults who understand how to listen to God and love students. Right now, more than ever, what students need are leaders to walk alongside them, to share their lives, and share the life-giving message of Jesus; to model what it means to follow him, and help them navigate through their teenage years as a Godly young man or woman.SO WHAT DO YOU THINK? ARE YOU INTERESTED? WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR “PERFECT PEOPLE”… WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE A HEART TO SERVE THIS GENERATION.
